( Last years cake.) It was hard to figure out just what to do today. So, we went to the cemetary and sang a few songs that were Isaac's favorites. I'm so thankful for the 27 years God loaned Isaac to us. He was a missionary wherever he went. He is doing the GREATEST ever, in the GREATEST place ever!!!!
This was the background pic that no one could see!!! (Our 25th anni. party, almost 4 yrs. ago!) | | |
| I went on my site from another computer and the family photo didn't show up... Let me know if you don't see it. Isaac went home to be with the Lord, 5 months ago today. He is having the most awesome time, we can't even imagine!!! As for us, we miss him sooooo much! Thank God for his provision for eternal life and we get to be forever with Jesus. And the grandest family reunion ever!! | | |
| Background picture is 3 yrs. old, from our 25th anniversary party with ALL, ALL, ALL, the children!!!!!!!!!!! Hey, it's been awhile... We went on a trip to Arkansas for Mike's parents 60th wedding anniversary!! SALUTE!!! They are both 80 yrs. old. It was great seeing all the Williams family, then on to WV to see the kin there. BTW... we rented a 15 pass. van loaded up with 15 people for a nice 2 day drive. We had my sister Marilyn and her husband Alan, their 4 girls, and my Dad.
Here's Mike's folks, my dad sitting behind Mike's dad, Marilyn to the left of my Dad, James standing to the right.
the party, back of Mike and his older brother, Jim

Our niece, Kristen,
Mike's family: Back: Jim, Barb, Mike, Mary
Front: Rob( who had just broken his foot a few minutes before), Helen & Jim

our niece, Anna (from NY) and Micaiah

our niece, Leah, (from NY) and Samuel ( doesn't Leah resemble Micaiah? I get them confused often from a side glance!!)

| Dear loved ones, Today we reflect on Isaac's going home, 1 month ago. God's grace has been sufficient, His mercies are new every morning. His peace is with us. We have cried, and we have thought about the special memories we hold in our hearts. I have endured last week, the first 'wave' of pain from the separation. It was extremely hard, even as I gave it to the Lord. That pain has lifted , I've heard it comes now and again. I miss the times when Isaac came in from work about 10:20 at night. I always felt I should have been in bed earlier, but felt compelled to stay up to see him. We'd talk and sometimes pray. I'm so thankful for my special time with him. Always ending with a kiss, and a hug and an I love you, from Isaac. I'm so glad our hope is in the Lord and we will be together again. Isaac is worshipping with no rules or regulations, he's free!! He's rejoicing before his Maker! Total joy and love!! I can only imagine........

| Dear Loved Ones, As you may all know, Isaac went home to be with the Lord, Sat. March 17th at about 8:30 a.m. We have experienced a great outpouring of God's love. We miss him...... I am so glad his walk was getting stronger and stronger in the Lord. Pressing onward to the goal!! As I've said many times in the last few days, God's ways are perfect, His grace and mercy and peace are with us in an abundant way,we can feel the prayers of the saints carrying us through. Thank you all for all you've done.
